

Because the lower is a favorite in our home, I was excited to find the upper quite by accident the other day. I believe I was in the baking aisle...yes...in my quest for panko.
I used it as substitute in my ginger sauce for the asian dish I made (more to come on that) and this evening it is adding the yin to the yang (tang!) of the sherry on the pork chops.
It has a low glycemic index, which is great for those looking to keep their blood sugar in good order.
